Hello! I am Jamie and I have 6+ years of experience in residential and commercial real estate experience. My mentor, who will be alongside, has 40+ years of experience and has done hundreds of millions worth of real estate deals. You have come to the right place to get into our mentorship program!

We have built from the ground up houses, apartments, retail centers, etc. We have also rehabbed many residential and commercial properties. We have experience in wholesaling, creative financing techniques, hard money lenders, and masters at negotiating.

To be totally transparent, this is a very low side gig for us. The reason why we are here is so that we can teach YOU how to become financially free. I think it is our duty to share the knowledge we have to give equal opportunity to others. I believe that if you make a lot of money, sharing the wealth of knowledge is important.

What we offer:

1. A specialized plan for your real estate goals. This includes a step by step guide, books that would be helpful (for beginners), and videos that will be helpful.
2. One on One contact through e-mails 2x a week for as long as you want.
3. We will analyze your deals to make sure you have thought everything through ** this is very important.
4. You will receive all my investor tools I have made to analyze deals (spreadsheets, pdfs, etc).
5. You will receive all of our strategies in negotiating and creative financing.
6. You will gain access to future training videos
7. We will be there to answer any questions you have about real estate before we create your specialized plan.
